I believe that my warm and flexible approach towards therapy can assist individuals who are struggling with issues related to anxiety and depression, such as a lack of motivation, self-esteem, or identity. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals across a wide age range, from schools throughout Hamilton, in private practice, and in long-term care centers.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Music Psychotherapy, which I complement with elements of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic approaches to bring about significant and lasting change.
I understand that you may be seeking positive change and growth in your life. Please know that I am here to support you and offer a free consultation to see how we can work together to achieve your goals.
