For the past 12 years, I have been providing therapy at the Saskatoon Family Counselling Centre. My work involves helping children, adolescents, adults, and their families develop coping skills to improve mental health. I have extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioural concerns, and anger management. Additionally, I offer assessment and diagnosis for ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy.
I help my clients create goals for treatment and collaborate to decide on the best therapeutic approach to fit each individual situation. I often use an eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Functional Family Therapy, and Behavioural Therapy.
