Hi, I’m Ellie, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and founder of Colourful Cortex Counselling. Based in Ancaster, I support clients across the lifespan both in-person and virtually across Ontario. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space to navigate life’s challenges and foster meaningful growth. My approach is collaborative and affirming, helping clients better understand themselves and work with their brains, not against them.
