Many people come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally stuck—often carrying Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and PTSD, Grief, or disconnection. My approach is integrative, relational, trauma-informed, and body-based. I blend Counselling with Somatic Psychotherapy and Expressive Arts/Play Therapy-informed practices, using a strength-based lens to support mind, body, and emotions—no art experience needed. I also provide Clinical Supervision for therapists seeking reflective, relational support.
