About
Hello! I'm glad you stopped by, because I know that seeking out help during difficult times can be intimidating. Right off the bat, I want to let you know that I would love to meet with you and talk about what you're going through. My goal is to provide a warm environment where we can work together on your goals. Ideally, you would come with a willingness to share about what's bothering you, and an openness to trying some new things. In return, I commit to helping you set meaningful goals and identify the blind spots that might be holding you back.
Having worked with a wide range of diagnoses in the past, my areas of specialty are anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and self-esteem, though I have experience with ADHD, addictions, personality disorders, and stress.
If you think that we might be a good fit for each other, I hope you won't hesitate to reach out! I'm happy to answer any questions you might have before your initial appointment via email.
