I am honoured to meet with you. Together, we will develop a plan to deal with difficult emotions, and improve relationships. We'll use evidence based approaches, such as ACT, Mindfulness, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and resources that work best for you to grow in confidence, and move forward with strength and balance in your life again.
