Feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty, life transitions, or relationship challenges? Maybe you’re navigating difficult family dynamics, struggling to set boundaries without guilt, or noticing patterns like perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt that are fueling anxiety. Whether you’re facing grief, a breakup, career changes, or simply trying to find your footing in a world full of pressure and comparison, therapy can help. I’m here to support you in building confidence, creating meaningful change, and living more authentically.
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed. I use somatic practices and mindfulness from my yoga teaching background, alongside evidence-based methods like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), ACT, CBT, and Narrative Therapy to help clients build self-compassion, emotional clarity, and manage unwanted symptoms.
We were never meant to figure it all out on our own. Having someone to support you through life’s challenges is part of the healing process. I’m here to listen without judgment and help you reconnect with the clarity, balance, and confidence that your soul already knows is within you.

Twenty-Something’s Women’s Group
The Twenty-Somethings, those are some challenging years. Please join McKenzie Henderson and myself as we begin our second offering of this targeted group. In this group we explore what it means to be in these transitional years; exploring all the best and most challenging parts. We discuss themes that come alongside your 20s. This includes career, finances, friendships, dating, breakups, self-esteem, and exploring where you are and where you want to be.
