I have over 10 years of experience in social service related work, and people involved in the criminal legal system and the mental health system. I have extensive understanding of the child protection system and mandated psychiatric services.

I offer a supportive and empathetic space to share your experiences and current challenges. I use a variety of frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative therapy.
