I support children, youth, and adults navigating complex trauma, attachment disruptions, post-traumatic stress, emotion regulation challenges, and self-harming behaviors. My approach is collaborative and client-centered—honoring that people are the experts in their own lives—while providing practical, individualized tools that can be used long after therapy
