Hi! Thanks for stopping by! It takes a lot of courage to access mental health support so I'm glad you're here! I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker experienced in working with children and youth who are impacted by grief, loss, anxiety, depression, obsessions and compulsions, low self-esteem, and identity struggles. I am passionate about supporting the mental health of neurodiverse students and assisting young adults and families navigate life's transitions.
I take an eclectic approach to treatment that is family-focused and strengths based. I believe in incorporating creative and compassionate approaches into my clinical work and do so by utilizing play and art therapy techniques, child focused EMDR, attachment based interventions, narrative therapy, and mindfulness strategies.
