I have worked with individuals and families for nearly 30 years and in the last ten years or so I have developed a passion for working with couples whose relationships are in distress or who simply want to improve their relationships and ultimately their quality of life. I discovered the Gottman Institute where I learned of Dr. John Gottman's extensive research into what makes relationships work and how we can build healthier relationships . I also offer individual sessions from a solution focussed approach, emotionally focussed therapy , adolescent and family intervention , grief and loss, stress, anxiety and depression .
I welcome couples of all ages and with all degrees of problem issues. We can work together to achieve the relationship you have always wanted regardless of betrayals, conflicts, poor communication etc.. Feel you want out of your current relationship?? As a long term social worker, registered clinical counsellor, wife, mother and grandmother I believe I can use my education, and life experience to help you in my online practice. While I am now using video conferencing in response to the current pandemic I find clients appreciate not paying for parking or child care,and no traffic to contend with.
