I have curious questions, off-the-wall metaphors, and shift gears as required.
Working with a wide range of clients, I have over 20 years experience working in the mental health field. I approach the therapeutic relationship as a joint effort and have a practical, no-nonsense style. Additionally, I offer highly supportive clinical supervision to students and new practitioners.
In community-based settings, I have developed specializations working with individuals who have mental health concerns, use substances, or have tried to take their own life.
