Hey, Hi, Hello! My name is Elizabeth, I am Trauma & Spiritually-Informed Therapist. I use elemental wisdom to guide clients on their healing journey. It's my belief that the more we become in tune with our Psyche, Body, & Soul, the more harmony we can find when facing our Trauma, Grief, Pain, & Suffering. Honouring your celestial connection to the Universe will create acceptance in life & acceptance is our key to emotional freedom, I promise it is not giving up! In my therapy room, you will experience an authentic therapeutic relationship that provides the security & trust it takes to integrate your wounds into your core self.

Pain gets supported & Suffering gets adjusted. You are whole and worthy of such a beautiful life, but when we live with chronic side effects from trauma, grief, anxiety, & depression we can start to lose our sense of hope & self-love. My therapy room helps provide an eclectic approach that focuses on identifying emotions & somatic releasing.
