elizabethneedham art therapy combines psychotherapy, art-making and creativity to help adults, teens and children express and understand feelings, gain self-awareness and develop positive coping skills.
elizabethneedham art therapy specializes in: worry, stress and anxiety, depression, low self-esteem school-related issues (behavioural, academic) life transitions (moving, graduation, divorce, empty-nest) bereavement and loss.
elizabethneedham art therapy does not require any experience with art materials or techniques. Our aim is to provide a safe space to play and process using paints, markers, pastels, photography, clay, collage, sculpture and more. Our shared goal is creative exploration, relaxation, insight and growth!
