I work with teens (14+) and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or affected by experiences that continue to influence how they think, feel, and relate to others. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood challenges, perfectionism, motivation struggles, grief, ADHD, and the ongoing effects of trauma. A meaningful part of my work involves supporting individuals impacted by interpersonal violence, relational and developmental trauma, childhood and adult trauma, sexual abuse, systemic oppression, and substance use. I approach trauma with care, understanding that it can live in memory, the body, and relationships.
Clients often share feeling listened to and supported in our work together. I aim to offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can move at your own pace and feel understood. Our work is collaborative and caring, focused on making sense of your experiences. Building trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship is central to healing from trauma.
I bring lived experience with chronic and autoimmune conditions, including diabetes and thyroid disorders, which deepens my understanding of long-term health challenges. My approach is flexible and responsive, offering a safe space to share your story, develop coping strategies, and support healing and resilience.
