I offer warmth and structure in my work with couples struggling with communication breakdown, decision-making, or loss of trust and closeness after a rupture. For individual adult clients, I offer a humanistic, depth-oriented approach for help with existential concerns, anxiety, and avoidance through an interpersonal and humanistic lens. A former software developer, I enjoy working with those in STEM.
I offer longer-term, evidence-informed psychodynamic and existential treatment for individuals who are feeling stuck, but have not found CBT-like approaches helpful. By contrast, my couples counselling work is usually 8-20 sessions, and is more structured, in recognition of the fact that treating a relationship is not the same as an individual.
