I have a B.A (Honours) Degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I can provide a therapeutic approach based in background knowledge and training in trauma (including betrayal trauma), which may help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and how and why your past and present pain is still affecting you today.
Currently, I offer client-centred online and phone counselling (psychotherapy) sessions provided on a confidential online platform. For those interested in meeting in nature, I also offer Walk&Talk/Outdoor Therapy - this service is for existing clients.
