Are you stuck in a cycle of constant negative thinking about yourself or others? Or do you find yourself engaging in behaviours or activities that you can't seem to stop? Oftentimes, these negative patterns of thinking and behaving appear as a form of coping with painful and/or traumatic experiences. As a therapist, I want to help you regain control of your life and move on from the past, which often holds us back. I want to help you better understand yourself, your strengths, and how to use this knowledge to regulate your emotions better, cope with daily struggles and communicate your feelings.

I am trained in various modalities, drawing mainly from CBT, DBT, IFS and Trauma-informed therapy. My background in Psychology and Kinesiology has led me to take a person-centred and holistic therapeutic approach. For me, it is important that sessions are individualized to your needs and focus on healing both the mind and body.
Finding the right therapist can be frustrating, so I offer a free 15-minute consultation to get to know each other and see if we would work well together. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. I look forward to being there on this path to healing with you!
