Life can be really hard. Perhaps you may be ignoring your own needs to please others, which may lead to losing a sense of who you are. Having been in the social work field for over 14 years, I bring a variety of training & lived experience to my practice, as well as genuineness, warmth, compassion, curiosity, and attunement. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and may use talk therapy and mind-body approaches (including Accelerated Resolution Therapy) to meet your unique needs.
