As a Registered Clinical Social Worker, I offer a safe place for you to address difficulties with emotions, thoughts and behaviours. I can assist with concerns you may have such as anxiety, relationship conflicts, addiction, phobias, depression, grief and loss as well as post-traumatic stress disorder. I have been working in the field of helping since 2006 and have experience working with a diverse group of clients. I work with individuals as well as I provide couples therapy. I have worked extensively with first responders and am an approved provider with VAC and RCMP.

I am trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies to ensure I can assist in you achieving your treatment goals and to improve overall functioning and well-being.
