I have specialized training in helping people with OCDRs. My approach blends CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, IFS, and Person-Centred therapies. This might mean doing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), doing what matters to you even when you feel ugly, exploring beliefs about possessions, or learning to sit with discomfort.
Helping people with OCDRs is my passion. I offer a custom approach to therapy, blending evidence-based practice with your unique experience and goals. We start with an assessment of challenges and goals. Then, I will help you start a therapy plan and we observe the changes along the way. I offer an inclusive, safe space with virtual and in-person options.
