Hello, I am a trained and licensed professional with 20 years of experience working with people experiencing challenges with depression, stress, burnout, trauma, or a family situation, the death of a loved one, the loss of a job, social anxiety, or fears. As a Registered Psychotherapist in private practice in Toronto, Ontario, I work exclusively online via video conference, offering services only in French, Armenian, and Russian, to adults and adolescents.
For anyone life sometimes can be too painful, no matter how young or old we are. My belief is that psychotherapy is a journey in a safe space. The therapeutic relationship helps to elaborate on the personal experience and the intimate feelings so they can be shared, listened to, understood, and accepted.
