When we’re caught in the struggle we can feel hopeless. We may notice things that use to help aren’t helping. We may have lost motivation to try, as a result of this. Clinical focus: Mindset Therapy; Perinatal therapy (including fertility & loss); and Couples therapy. Kameela has training in a multiple modalities for therapy, including CBT, ACT, DBT, Hypnotherapy, and the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy Level 1 & 2. She has extensive training in perinatal therapy, trauma and ADHD issues.
Kameela has been supporting mental health for 15 years, her experience includes counsellor / therapist, group facilitator, and clinical supervisor. As a therapist with social work degrees she's passionate about the work she does, balancing her practice with community initiatives, offering workshops, and engaging in professional development.

FREE Mom Wellness Support Group -Virtual
It’s not always possible to get out to connect with others. Other times the required commitments become a barrier. Our free virtual monthly mom wellness groups allow moms to attend as available, from wherever you are. Join for a sense of community, support, and resources. Each session requires individual pre-registration, as this is not an ongoing group, participants can register for the group meetings that they can make.
