I enjoy working with a wide variety of client needs and goals ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and couple's work. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, motivation, stress, or trauma, I provide an eclectic approach through a combination of CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, existential, and spiritual approaches. If you are dealing with problems in the area of relationships (romantic or interpersonal) this is another area of training and expertise I have that I apply through varied theoretical approaches ranging from Gottman, humanistic, and CBT.
I excel in helping individuals and couples explore new perspectives as well as share their own. Communication can also be a common struggle for many both in and out of relationships and this is an area that I love to work with.
