In my practice, I work with adults on a range of presenting problems using evidence based therapies and I practice in both English and French.
Most of my work is focused on trauma in its multiple shapes or forms and I also see clients for burnout, anxiety and depression. My goal is to offer a safe space we can build a relationship based on honesty, respect and trust. From there, we will work on whatever brought you to therapy and come up with strategies to improve your wellbeing.
I recognize that everyone is unique with their own values, family dynamics, and past experiences. I see working with each of my clients as a privilege where I am offered the chance to walk alongside them on their journey to change, progress, and self-discovery.
