Dr. Elisabeth is a Clinical Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a Clinical Supervisor. Elisabeth holds a master's degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and a doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D.). Elisabeth works with individuals and couples in-person and on Zoom. Supervision to mental health professionals is provided to all practicing in Canada. Elisabeth offers individual and group competency-based clinical supervision to counselling therapists and psychotherapists who are based in Canada. The preferred way to contact Elisabeth is by email.
I work research-based and feedback informed. This means that I use approaches that are evidence based. My clients are invited to be an active part in therapy and their feedback is vital in the process toward healing and growth.
I will ask you for your expectations and after every session I appreciate your feedback to ensure that sessions are effective and meeting your needs.
