Together, we will explore your goals, which may include career or relationship transitions, becoming more physically active, managing stressors, or learning how to be more open with others. Together, we will reveal underlying difficulties, negative self-talk, and barriers to your goals, and discover your own strengths and values to guide your progress towards them. We will explore incremental and manageable changes that you can implement towards a more resilient self, and sustainable physical health and well-being. My hope is that you strengthen your ability to live your life in line with your goals, and feel like a whole person.
I specialize in helping individuals discover and express their goals and vulnerabilities, discover compassion for themselves, and improve their health behaviours and life management skills. I also seek to help people in understanding their pasts, how their experiences have shaped who they are, and discover ways to move forward in calmer, healthier ways.
I aim to provide the space, respect, and tools to explore your past experiences, the challenges you have faced, and your life and health goals. My intent is to support you with compassion, empathy, thoughtfulness, levity, and a dash of humour. Sessions can occur outdoors, in nature, any day of the week. Preferred location is Lost Lagoon or Queen E Park
