I view counselling as one way to care for our whole selves.
I do not believe that counsellors can be neutral. I show up in-session as myself, tenderhearted, thoughtful and sometimes silly. In this, I hope that you will also feel comfortable showing up as yourself. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (10011180) and have a master’s degree in counselling psychology.
