I'm Michele Gardiner, a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Coach with 15+ years of experience supporting individuals and groups through Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, and Trauma Disorders (PTSD, C-PTSD, Dissociation).
