First off, we can just talk like people, no psychobabble. I have created a cozy, little space for in-person sessions and offer the convenience of online work as well. Most of my clients are parents, some are even grandparents. We've all got some loss, trauma, faith shifts, role transitions, burnout, ADHD suspicions: nothing is off the table.
