I am an expressive arts therapist working from a person-centered approach. I am inspired by liberation healing and am invested in understanding colonial impacts on mental health. I value the intersectionalities and breadth of human identities, dis/abilities, experience, and creative expressions. I understand and respect how these aspects may contribute to one's mental health and life challenges. My work is centered around relationships​ and using the arts and dialogue as catalysts for personal inquiry, discovery, and growth.

l have diverse backgrounds as a pastor, Registered Psychotherapist, licensed Supervisor and a Spiritual Care practioner. I offer supervision & case consultations for student interns, RP qualifying registrants & new psychotherapist . For over 10yrs, I also provide evidence based Emotional Counseling Supports to Clients dealing with Mental health concerns: Mood change, neurological issues, Trauma, Tragic pains, ODD, ADHD, ASD, Depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, Anxiety, Fear, Grief/loss, Addiction, and life transitions. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths &wellness

I guide individuals out of painful emotions, thoughts, and somatic reactions by creatively combining therapies like EMDR, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and interventions that heal distressing cognitive, emotional, and behavioural patterns. My goal as a clinician is to provide relief and the experience of wellness to all the individuals I work with, as each person deserves to experience inner peace.

I work with people who suffer from the effects of systematic racism and discrimination through art therapy. Racism in Canada is unfortunately very present and can be difficult to navigate for racialized communities. It takes a toll on our mental wellness and can be the source of anxiety, identity issues, depression, cultural disconnect, unmanageable anger, and trauma. Stigma towards mental illness creates barriers for individuals who need to seek out help, and in marginalized communities this stigma is especially harmful. I am an art therapist that works from a systems-based perspective and a client-centred approach.
