If you're experiencing relationship issues with your partner, such as communication, co-parenting, sexual intimacy or infidelity, there is always the possibility of improvement. Self esteem issues can be worked on, as can issues with your children, family or co-workers! Cognitive behaviour therapy and other modalities can work well for all of these issues, let me help you make the most of your life! Too busy to attend in person during regular business hours? Flexible online sessions are available 7 days a week, from early morning to late evening.
I work mainly in the areas of depression and anxiety, as well as issues relating to relationships, sexuality and sleep/insomnia. Couples and individuals in both traditional or non traditional relationships are welcome. Many modalities are used, including Gottman methods, to individualize a plan unique to you.
While I specialize in relationship issues, I also see a wide range of clients, with many different situations. Some clients are couples, some are part of a couple, and some are single, so if you need help with improving your life, let’s chat!
