Working together to identify and understand your needs, desires and implement strategies that will help you reach your goals. I integrate a variety of techniques and services in practice to meet your needs in the best way possible. Specialized training and experience in individual, couples, family and group work including: trauma assessment, treatment and counselling, crisis intervention, hypnotherapy, pain management, domestic violence, as well as various issues and challenges across the lifespan including regarding mental health. Counselling experience includes life challenges, personal struggles, anxiety, depression, anger management, work issues, relationships, family problems and concerns related to other mental health diagnosis.

Special topic groups include: 1) adult trauma survivors including trauma experienced as children and/or adults 2) caregivers, family and friends of men who committed sexual offences 3) women and men challenged by relationship issues 4) surviving separation and divorce 5) grief and bereavement

I am a registered Master Social Worker, trained counselor, hypnotist and meditation facilitator experienced in individual, family, group and community work.
