Dating as a Therapist Online Process Group

A space for therapists who are single or newly dating to explore their own fears, longings, and impacts of past attachment histories and receive feedback and support. Though each group will ultimately shape its own discussion, topics to be explored may include: blocks to vulnerability and receiving love and care, authenticity and fears of losing self, jealousy, criticism of others and self, and impact of past trauma on trust. It might be that it's not the case of needing more technical training but getting in touch with your own relational experiences brought up by witnessing couple dynamics.
