Welcome! If you're wanting a deeper understanding of self, to develop an embodied sense of empowerment, or to shift from being reactive to a space of being responsive, I am here to help! Our bodies are incredible and hold deep wisdom, together we will work to discover ways to reconnect, listen to, and honour what is showing up for you. I work with people who have experienced trauma across the lifespan, with a special interest in childhood trauma, attachment wounds, sexual abuse, and struggles with interpersonal relationships.

Immense hurts, abuse or neglect can make the past feel overwhelmingly present. Our work together will focus on strengthening your mind-body connection, building capacity to better self regulate and integration of the self awareness you already possess. From this space you can rediscover of an internal sense of safety, trust in your abilities, and peace.

Taking these first steps on your journey is really brave and I would be honoured to walk part of this path along side you. I am passionate and committed to working with people who have experienced complex trauma.
