I work with people navigating a wide range of experiences, including early attachment wounds, anxious, avoidant or disorganized strategies, breakups, betrayal or infidelity, separation and divorce, infertility, grief and loss. These challenges frequently manifest as feeling stuck, disconnected, frustrated, angry, overwhelmed, or numb—sensing that something must change.
My practice centers on Emotionally Focused Therapy, an evidence-based, attachment-focused approach. EFT helps us explore the emotional blueprints formed in our early years—patterns that may quietly shape how we relate to ourselves and others in our day to day lives.
Using EFT, we work together to understand and explore the emotional hold of the past. EFT allows us to look inwards with compassion and curiosity, and break free from negative relational cycles, insecurities, and unmet emotional needs.
