Welcome! My specialty is working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, ADHD, emotional regulation and those who present with risky behaviors, such as addictions. I am a certified hypnotherapist and work with adults and couples using hypnotherapy, a systems approach, and Compassion Focused therapy. When dealing with adult individuals, couples, or teens, I understand that everyone needs to be respected and heard. It is my belief that everyone has a story to tell, and has a desire to be connected to those around them.
At times life can be a struggle, and everyday challenges can too much at times and can be very overwhelming. My goal is to bring hope and change by giving you the tools to understand yourself and to provide you with strategies to communicate effectively, and develop self-awareness and self-compassion for oneself.
I have over 12 years of experience in educational setting, and have a special interest in working alongside parents who are dealing with troubled youth. ADHD is an area of special interest, and I have specialized training in this area. Hypnotherapy is also an approach that I have intensive training in and have a deep passion for.

Groups
Facing Heartbreak Group
"Finding out that the person you love is a sex addict is one of the most painful experiences a spouse or a partner will ever go through. Hurt, betrayal, confusion and anger are often seen as the result of this discovery" (Facing Heartbreak: Steps to Recovery for Partners of Sex Addicts, 2012). This group will help you move from heartbreak to hope and will provide support as you move through the process of healing. Facing Heartbreak Group will begin in the spring 2022, depending in interest at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.
