As our pain often originates and repeats in relationships, most healing and growth also happen in relationships, where we feel safe to bring all of our parts and share our stories. As a Gestalt therapist, I bring my curiousity to help you notice what may be holding you back, down or stuck. Through empathetic and honest dialogue, we can explore the parts of you that need guidance and support to be seen, felt and accepted, before they can transform.
I have been a loyal client of Gestalt therapy for years, navigating my own struggles, relational patterns, losses and longings. I have personal and professional experience with dysfunctional family dynamics, codependency, partner conflict, separation, loss and grieving, parenting burnout, immigration struggles, childhood trauma, adhd, anxiety and depression.
I strive to create a safe, open and welcoming space for you to come as you are… to explore together what is present with you now and the possibilities for change.. I am a registered social worker and a student psychotherapist in my final year at the Gestalt Institute. As a certified dreamworker, I love working with dreams. I offer therapy in Turkish as well.
