Many of my clients have “done therapy” before and now seek transformation that includes body, psyche, and soul. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt), and Analytically-Informed, Depth, and Somatic Psychotherapist in Toronto. My work integrates Jungian and somatic approaches to help individuals and couples heal trauma, grief, and relational wounds through embodied, meaningful change.
