Groups
DBT-A
24-week DBT program for youth and young adults ages 14-19. This program consists of a weekly 2-hour skills group plus one therapy session per week and phone coaching. This program will focus on the five DBT-A modules: Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Walking the Middle Path. DBT-A involves clients and their supports to increase skills generalization and treatment compliance.

DBT Intensive Program
DBT is proven to offer significant benefits for individuals with a wide variety of mental health challenges. As a comprehensive treatment, DBT serves to enhance your behavioural capabilities, improve motivation for change, and assist with developing new capabilities that generalize to your day-to-day life. Our DBT Intensive program is a 24-week, continuous intake program with intake intervals every eight weeks. It includes three main components: Individual Therapy, Two and a Half Hour Skills Training Group, and One-to-One Skills Training.
