We offer multidisciplinary services, including a 21-week comprehensive DBT program, a 24-week DBT-Adolescent program, a 12-week DBT skills program, and a wide range of therapy interventions for children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide parenting assessments, psychoeducational assessments, and mental health assessments.

Groups
DBT-A
24-week DBT program for youth and young adults ages 14-19. Our next intake is September 14. This program consists of a weekly 2-hour skills group plus one therapy session per week and phone coaching. This program will focus on the five DBT-A modules: Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Walking the Middle Path. DBT-A involves clients and their supports to increase skills generalization and treatment compliance.
