Eclipse Psychology offers warm, trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children & adolescents. We provide a safe, supportive space to heal from difficult past experiences and navigate current challenges at a pace that feels right for you. Our clinicians focus on how past experiences may be impacting your life today and work collaboratively to support healing, emotional balance, and resilience. We support couples and families in strengthening connection and communication, and help children and teens feel understood and supported. Care is compassionate, personalized, and focused on connection and wellbeing.
Our Team
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, often shaped by past relationships or difficult life experiences. Many are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges in connection with themselves or others. You may have insight into what is happening, but still feel pulled into the same cycles. Together, we slow things down to understand what is happening beneath the surface. Through a supportive, collaborative process, I help you make sense of your experience, create space for emotions, and begin moving forward with greater clarity, self compassion, and resilience.

Welcome! When it comes to my approach to therapy, I aim to work from a client centred, collaborative lens. This approach is grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your life and you have what you need to make the changes you’re looking for. Together, we can move beyond thoughts and into a fuller awareness of your emotions, body, and experiences. Your cultural identities and lived experiences are an important part of this process, and I strive to integrate these into our work in a way that feels respectful and affirming.

Are you a people-pleaser, perfectionist, or high-achiever? Do you have a history of workplace, relationship, or family conflicts? Do you suffer from burnout, anxiety, or compassion fatigue? Over a decade of professional experience in human resources and management gives me a unique edge to understand the 9-to-5 experience and real-world struggles that you may be facing. Individuals and couples who seek my services have moved from feeling "stuck" to feeling "relief", "lighter", "hopeful", and more "connected" with themselves, their relationships, and their community.

I believe everyone has the capacity to create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling, but sometimes we need some help to get there. On the outside, life may look successful, but inside you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Anxiety, burnout, stress, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions may have left you wondering how long you can keep going.
I work with adults seeking to move beyond survival mode and reconnect with what matters most. Many of my clients are high-achievers, students, and caregivers who have become experts at holding everything together while quietly struggling themselves.

Hello! My name is Hannah Reid. I am a Calgary-based Provisional Psychologist taking on clients at Eclipse Psychology (both online and in-person). My background lies in working with children with cognitive and developmental disorders and their families in both private practice and community mental health capacities. Through my time working under psychologists, speech-pathologists, occupational therapists, and healthcare teams, I have developed an affinity for a well-rounded and multi-disciplinary approach to treatment. In other words, I like to look at the whole picture with clients.
