I service clients with a range of presenting issues. Goals are determined mutually with clients and sessions are guided to ensure client needs are being met. It is important to me that you feel heard, validated and understood while working towards your desired treatment outcomes. I provide a safe non judgmental environment and believe in the intrinsic value and self worth of every individual regardless of race, ethnicity, gender or age and work from a client strengths-based perspective.
Adults and Youth : Anxiety/Depression, compromised Self-esteem, Interpersonal Issues, Grief, victims of or witnesses to Domestic Violence, perpetrators of domestic violence, Parenting Issues, Family conflict, Separation/Divorce(and impact on children) and Life Adjustment issues. Those who have experienced a traumatic event or endured historical trauma.
I have a passion for working with people. We all struggle with our own difficulties, feelings, unforeseen events or mental health at times. Life can be hard and our issues may have been exasperated due to recent world events/Covid-19. Please feel free to connect with me for a brief consultation to discuss whether my services are a good fit for you.
