I have experience working with a variety of individuals, and specifically those who have experienced trauma, and symptoms of depression, and anxiety. With over 13 years of emergency service work experience, I have an appreciation and understanding of working long hours, compassion fatigue, missed holidays, dark humour, emotional suppression, workplace stress, relationship issues, and more. My approach is a collaborative one, in which we work together to develop an understanding of past and current issues, and develop a plan to work towards agreed upon goals. Our primary goal is to nurture the holistic well-being of our clients, addressing their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects through exceptional counseling services. We cater to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring our approach for each unique client. In the event of client dissatisfaction with a therapist, we pledge to either find an appropriate replacement or suggest an unaffiliated alternative expert to ensure their needs are met.
