Welcome! My name is Kelsey and I am so happy you landed here. My background as a Behaviour therapist working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) has been a leading factor in branching out into the mental health field. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, but in particular children, youth, and parents. I have experience helping individuals with various challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, impulsivity, focus and attention, trauma and post-traumatic stress, grief, and self-esteem. I am also very passionate in providing parental/guardian support for the development and overall wellbeing of children.

I'm a hypnotist, psychotherapist, and coach that lives and works in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada and I'm here to tell you that there are services available to help...that there's ways out of this cycle of pain that you or your teen might be experiencing.

My aim is to empower you to recognize the strengths and experiences you bring to the therapy session, and use those to help forge a path moving forward in the direction of your choice. Since we are connecting virtually, we can find a small pocket of time in your busy schedule to build skills and strategies that you can use long past our therapy journey together. I will integrate various therapeutic approaches to suit your goals.

Currently, we provide online counseling services exclusively, featuring a talented team of counselors from diverse backgrounds who can tackle a wide range of mental health issues. Our primary goal is to nurture the holistic well-being of our clients, addressing their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects through exceptional counseling services. We cater to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring our approach for each unique client. In the event of client dissatisfaction with a therapist, we pledge to either find an appropriate replacement or suggest an unaffiliated alternative expert to ensure their needs are met.
