I have vast experience working with women, youth, and adults who have experienced anxiety, stress, and depression. And, also more complex issues such as sexual abuse, violence, and trauma. In my practice, I use an eclectic approach combined with elements of CBT, Trauma-Informed and Solution Focus Therapy.
