I am a dynamic, highly skilled, and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist. I have over 25 years of experience working successfully with youth and adults, couples, and families. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help and how important it is to find a therapist you feel comfortable with. We will work together to identify changes you want to make and establish therapy goals. My clinical therapy work is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I act as a facilitator and guide, assisting clients to realize their goals for change, feel happier, and be more effective personally and professionally.
I will offer you new ways to approach challenges you are facing. My areas of specialty include: adult family conflict, relationship repair, parenting, career challenges, trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, women's mental health, dating, separation, divorce, intimate partner violence, grief, and living with cancer.
I believe in building trust and meaningful relationships to bring about connections and positive changes in our lives. I will work with you to create a safe environment for our work together guided by empathy, creativity, and humour. My services are covered by many extended health plans. Feel free to reach out to discuss your wellness needs.
