Waitlist for new clients
Let's Connect (647) 496-1248
Waitlist open, full rate only. Sliding scale full. I specialize in supporting racialized queer, non-binary, and trans folks through codependency and trauma. I work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, anti-oppression framework that integrates culturally-aware care into my work with clients. My work is always informed by the client’s social and cultural location, and all sessions are facilitated with the client’s strengths, needs, and goals in mind.
My work combines professional experience (working alongside street-involved youth, adults at end of life), as well as personal insights from lived experience as a pastor’s kid who is unravelling religious and familial trauma, and as another human trying to seek joy and meaning in late-stage capitalism.
I am a queer, settler, cis woman of colour whose ethnic heritage is from Hong Kong. I continue to navigate intergenerational trauma and recovery in my own life. These identities equip me to facilitate therapy with an intersectional lens, and one that is rooted in compassion and curiosity.
