I have over five years of experience in individual social work interventions. I also founded Espace Résonance to provide culturally responsive mental health resources for Chinese Quebecers.
Eight years ago, I arrived in Quebec alone as a young international student. Like many first-generation immigrants who have made Quebec home, I've navigated the path from uncertainty to belonging. It allows me to deeply understand those navigating life transitions, facing stressful situations, or confronting difficult decisions.
My work is informed by humanistic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) , narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, and goal-oriented practices. I adapt my strategies to meet your unique needs because I believe you are the expert of your own life and the driving force in our therapeutic alliance.
