I am a strong believer in people, that there is more to us than what we have been through, and healing begins when we feel accepted for who we are. I work with children, youth, women, and adults navigating trauma, grief, postpartum challenges, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. As a Black therapist with cross-cultural experience, I bring both professional training and lived experience to the room. I believe in creating a space where you don’t have to pretend, or have everything figured out. Faith and spirituality are welcome here. In a world where everyone wants to talk, I am here to listen.

My practice helps clients feel safe enough to show up honestly, without pressure to have everything figured out. I guide them in understanding their experiences, connecting past patterns to present challenges in a way that brings clarity. Helping them build emotional awareness and learn practical tools to manage their day-to-day lives.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from CBT, trauma-informed care, ACT, strength-based approaches, and mindfulness. But more than any technique, I prioritize creating a space where you’re comfortable enough to laugh and cry. I believe you’re here for a purpose and together we’ll figure it out. No Hurry.
