As a person-centered counsellor, I provide a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I create individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs and drawing from evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT, as well as philosophical approaches like existentialism, ACT and mindfulness.
